Mr. Sandeep Thapa is an inherent leader and visionary. He is a firm believer in doing and that is why in young age he established many successful business ventures. At present, he is the CEO of seven corporations - all in the domain of talent acquisition and retention. He is an International Membership Assessor for CIPD, Chartered FCIPD, UK; FAHRI, Australia; GPHR & SPHRi, USA; and SHRM SCP, USA.

He is also a co-founder of leading global analytics & consulting company, Boston Analytica, which helps clients leverage the power of AI and Analytics to their advantage. He co-founded MedicTalent that is a specialty healthcare talent advisory & portfolio management company catering exclusively to the unique skills demands of hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers. Finally, Mr. Thapa also co-founded a leading training and skilling institution to standardize the global HR best practices under the Chartered Institute for HR Professionals of India or CIHRI. With his unique insights into the HR requirements and analysis, he has been able to optimize over $700 million. He also has the credit to save $600 million in costs associated with employee acquisition, training, and retention by adopting HR turnaround strategies. Mr. Thapa has helped organizations add more than $800 million to their top lines through HR strategy alignment and change management. Sandeep has been instrumental in adding over $300 million to the top line through internal innovation initiatives, saved over $50 million through learning initiatives. He has led a workforce of 2,000 belonging to 40 nationalities to create a 14,000-strong behemoth organization in the Middle East & Africa. He has dedicated his professional life to the growth of the Human Capital profession across the Globe. In his role as the Membership Upgrade Assessor – for CIPD, UK, and AHRI, Australia – he coached over 5000 global HR leaders. For his services and contributions, Sandeep received the 2012 ISTD Swami Vivekanand Award for Excellence in HRD.

She is a German language expert and she has been advisors to many German initiatives in India and the world. She is leading the Social Media Branding and Promotion strategies for Group of companies which includes Boston International Institute of Certifications & Assessments, Dubai UAE, GOS - Global Human Capital Society GSHCM based at Dubai & KSA, AlRahi Manpower based at UAE & KSA, Boston Assessments based at UAE & KSA & Qatar, Boston Business Consulting based at UAE, Kuwait, Oman, KSA and Qatar and MedicTalent based at UAE & KSA. She is managing their web designing, social media strategies, campaigns, content development, live broadcast strategies and customer & client outreach initiatives. She is an avid golfer and global travel enthusiast.
