Sandeep has been instrumental in adding over $300 million to the top line through internal innovation initiatives, saved over $50 million through learning initiatives. He has led a workforce of 2,000 belonging to 40 nationalities to create a 14,000-strong behemoth organization in the Middle East & Africa.
